UCD Intelligent Capacitive Level Gauges
The UCD Smart Capacitive RF admittance level meter uses a high frequency LC oscillator circuit to measure the capacitance between the probe rod and the metal can wall (or auxiliary electrode). The measured capacitance value changes with the change of the level height, and the four-oxygen insulation layer of the material or the probe rod is the dielectric of the capacitance. When the dielectric constant is stable, the relationship between the measured capacitance and the height is linear. At this time, the measured capacitance value can be used to calculate the level height after proportion and offset. This product is improved on the basis of the traditional RF admittance instrument, with stable indicating value and easy operation.
