All-in-one temperature transmitter

Integrated temperature transmitter is a thermocouple or RTD sensor measured temperature is converted into an electrical signal, and then the signal will be sent to the input network of the transmitter, which contains zeroing and thermocouple compensation and other related circuits. The zeroed signal is input to an operational amplifier for signal amplification, and the amplified signal is processed by a V/converter an output as a 4-20mA DC current; the other way is processed by an A/D converter and displayed on the meter. There are two types of linearization circuits for the transmitter, both of which use feedback. For RTD sensors, positive feedback is used for calibration, and for RTD sensors, multi-segment linear approximation is used for calibration. The temperature transmitter with integrated digital display has two display methods. The temperature transmitter with LCD display outputs in two-wire mode, and the temperature transmitter with LED display outputs in two-wire and three-wire mode.
